About this 5-port Poe Industrial Switch

  • INTERFACE: This is a full Gigabit outdoor POE switch. 1*10/100/1000M uplink network port + 4*10/100/1000M downlink network ports with POE AT (30w each RJ45 port). NOT include the power adapter.

  • 12-48VDC POE SWITCH: Support wide voltage DC12V-48V input and standard IEEE802.3af/at POE output with one built-in voltage booster. The Max PoE budget is 120W for 24VDC and 48VDC. If uses 12VDC voltage input, the PoE budget is 60W.

  • OUTDOOR ETHERNET SWITCH: This outdoor PoE switch is equipped with a rugged IP40 rated enclosure and designed to withstand a high degree of vibration, shock, and protection against ESD / EMI / surge. The operating temperature range is – 40 – 75 °C (- 40 – 167 °F)) for harsh environments.

  • REDUNDANT POWER: The industrial PoE+ switch has dual redundant power inputs (DC12-48V) with overload current protection which can ensure the systems work well even if one power is failed (power supply sold separately).

A: It supports both 1/2 (V+),3/6 (V-) and 4/5 (V+),7/8 (V-).

5. Q: Can I use it with one Non-PoE devices?

A: Yes, sure. If one Non-PoE devices is connected with this industrial 5port PoE switch. The industrial 5port PoE switch will provide data only, and don’t provide power any more.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
